Missouri's 2006 Supreme Court Ruling
On July 17, 2006 the Missouri Supreme Court upheld Megan's Law to all individuals who were convicted, found guilty, or plead guilty to offenses (after January 1, 1995) requiring registration pursuant to 589.400 - 589.425 RSMo. The decision invalidates the duty to register for pre-1995 conviction/pleas.
